One credit = one document sent for signature — every template costs the same 1 credit, whatever its type. Adding a second signatory is 1 extra credit, and it’s free with the Founders Toolkit. Full contract-text editing is included with the Project and Founders Toolkits.
The other side can flag specific clauses they want changed. You review each request and accept or reject it. The first three revisions are free; after that, each further revision uses 1 credit.

All templates on heyouthere legal have been reviewed and validated by local legal Swiss firms, so you’re not using generic internet templates, but documents a Swiss law firm has verified as legally sound.
